Hey, just got the Halo G6 with two automatic batteries. apparently when it's charging, the LED tip is supposed to turn blue, but when i plug it in to either my laptop or the wall charger nothing happens. the usb also has a red light that apparently turns blue when it's charged, which happens after a few minutes, and when i take it out it still blinks as if the battery's dying. anyone have something like this happen?

Has it ever worked? Could be a bad charger, or no contact between the charger and battery. If its new, give Halo a call. They have a great CS dept and really do want you to be satisfied. If it happens with both batteries I would think the charger is bunk. It happens. Yes, when you plug it in, the tip turns blue, the charger turns red, then blue when its charged, and the battery turns the blue tip off. Check to see that no liquid has leaked into the battery post area. That can screw it up also.

when I first started with halo g6 batteries I would find that my battery was corroded from juice leaking inside and wouldn't make a good connection. I had to use a qtip with some rubbing alcohol on it and inside the charger and clean it up really well and then it would start charging again....just an idea to try anyway! :)
