Need some help concerning my Halo G6 E-Cig

It's been charging for almost 10 hours now. The battery is supposed to charge for 8 hours prior to the FIRST use, it's been nearly 10 hours so far. The charger is supposed to turn blue when the battery is fully charged and ready for first use. If I unplug it, the tip glows blue 3 times. I'm using the wall charger by plugging in the USB connector into the wall charger piece and then into an outlet. I see 2 red lights, 1 is on the wall charger piece and 1 is on the USB piece that connects to the battery. They are firmly connected and it should be charging since there's 2 lights going, both red.

Does anyone know what's going on? Could the battery be broken?

Is the battery getting hot at all? Have you tried it to see if it will power your atomizer?

Also, my manual says the light on the USB piece of the charger should turn blue when it's done and it's been 10 hours now and it still isn't blue :S

Yea the atomizer powers up and works normal but the charger...idk:S

If it were hot that is a bad thing. All you need to do now is use it and see if the batt lasts as long as it should.

I've got two of their chargers (with my g6 kits) and as far as I can tell there is no indication for when the battery is full. If the battery is low when you connect for a charge the tip glows solid blue until it has some charge ~ two hours.

Mine always blink three times when disconnected too, it is a little weird that there is not more indication but I figured it wasn't a big deal... I just count out the time in my head.

Mine seem to last 6-8 hours vaping casually/lightly. 2-3 hours if I'm going pretty heavy. From the little that I've read that's pretty normal , oh prolly should mention mine are the smaller batt 65mm or minis I think thats what they call em.

I'm brand new and these are my first pvs so I could be wrong about nearly anything, lol.

It sounds as though it could be your chargers not reading when the battery is full which isn't a good thing. It means that the protection circuit isn't working properly. I would drop them an email and question what's going on with the charger. If they have a phone number, calling would be better.
