Halo Tribeca

Ok Back again for another review. I won quite a few bottles of Halo in contests - Ok semantics - I say won - you say snipered - bottom line is I got them don't be hating

The first juice I won was Tribeca - 18Mg I had never tried Halo before so I was pretty well stoked. My RY4 addiction and quest for the best is legendary (in a Monty Python Holy Grail sorta quest) and those who know me know I make my own from my own tobacco extract. So if your giving me an RY4 it better be good or you better be ready to take some jibes.
I tried this the day it came in - I honestly wasn't sure if I should vape it or dab it behind my ears overwhelming perfume cologne taste YUK!!! How do people give this good reviews? If smoking tasted like this I'd have never started
Ok so its a freebie in the pif box it goes someone may like it - I mean people eat broccoli and snails right? - done deal
Then a friend whom I had given one of my wins to told me she had let it steep for almost a month and it was now her ADV.
Ok maybe its time to revisit the well steeped juice before it goes in the treasure chest thread.
I swear this isn't the same juice Halo apparently has juice fairies that sneak into your supplies and switch bottles on you Hmm maybe that's what that Cinder Ella does Yeah now I get it the name and all - CLEVER

Anyway here's the scoop. The inhale is a sort of woody nutty DK-Tab meets real cig tobacco taste. Not too harsh or sweet. Good TH and vapor without the weird sore throat feeling some tobaccos give you. The exhale is a hint of caramel (not candyish think burnt sugar) and maybe vanilla? Slightly sweet and woody / nutty smoky. Its definitely complex like most Halo juice. I would NOT lump this into an RY4 category. Its much more complex and less sweet than an RY4 IMO.
Can I vape it all day? No but it's great with morning coffee or after dinner when you want a STRONG flavor to kill those nasty nasty cravings.

I had a similar experience with my first bottle. I picked it up after avoiding it for several weeks and voila -- it was good! That bottle disappeared really fast after that.

I loved Tribeca right out of the box myself. I never got a perfumey taste or smell whatsoever,it actually reminds me of pretzel for some reason,but i do love the juice. It is almost EXACTLY the same as Janty Elixir RY4 in smell and taste,to me at least

I just found the sample bottle I got a few months ago. This stuff seriously improves with steeping. I think I'll have to order several at a time and store them for a few months. Wow!!

I order or pick a couple up at a time and open the seal so it can start steeping. But I love the taste, steeped or not.

Halo's Tribecca is one stellar juice. the uniqueness of the flavor is unmatched. ive never tasted anyhting like it. its robust, yet sweet and smooth at the same time. the tobacco gives you the TH you need, and the lfaovrings tie everything together. ive never been able to pin down what flavor im getting, but it really doesnt matter!

this is a must-try halo juice. prime 15 is as well. they are both homerun tobacco juices.

Agreed! It seems I'm on a roll today, but I have to agree. Tribeca seems to get better with age as well... my 30ml bottle is down to half and lately it feels even more robust than it did when I first bought it.

Just got another 30ml bottle. 24mg strength... It really feels like the best RY4, to my taste.

When I had my roommate take a whiff of this the first day, his impression and mine were simultaneous and identical: "Smells like cookies."

Almost 2 weeks later and it's settled into a very definite semi-sweet cigarette tobacco profile that I'm really diggin' on.

i just bought one 30 ml tribeca from a B&M vendor near me, he told me that it cas been sitting on the store shelf for about two months, I was a bit exited as I didn't had to steep it.. but after vaping a bit the burnt sugar taste is all I get, and I mean I can't get the bad taste out of my mouth! I can't seem to find any tobacco whatsoever , I'm hoping that this could still steep and not be the final product after all it has been sitting there unopened and sealed, am I right or should I give up and give it away to some candy vapers out there?

To me, it isn't very far off from regular dekang RY4, especially at first. After it was steeped it had it's own character.

I also break the seal on a new bottle when I start vaping one. Since both my husband and I vape Tribeca it takes about a week to go through it. For me, that is plenty of steeping time. I love, love, love the flavor and I am not a tobacco vape fan.
