Yeah, I bought some Trupure a couple years ago that was so strong with the sage crap, not only was it hard to vape, it made me grind my teeth.

But after hearing all the praises lately, including the A- rating in roundup thread, I gave Halo another shot.

Tribeca. Steep for one week.

Daily go-to vape, awesome stuff, 'nuff said.

I had to quote myself here in order to make amends..

as I said earlier, out of the box was unvapable from me but "fortunately" the order that I had placed from another vendor got mixed up in USPS and left me hi and dry with nothing else, that when my nic addiction told me to vape tribeca. well now I can't get enough of it!!! It is my number one juice for the moment and already ordered more
i just bought one 30 ml tribeca from a B&M vendor near me, he told me that it cas been sitting on the store shelf for about two months, I was a bit exited as I didn't had to steep it.. but after vaping a bit the burnt sugar taste is all I get, and I mean I can't get the bad taste out of my mouth! I can't seem to find any tobacco whatsoever , I'm hoping that this could still steep and not be the final product after all it has been sitting there unopened and sealed, am I right or should I give up and give it away to some candy vapers out there?

I can see why people like Halo juices. The mouth feel and TH are reminiscent of real tobacco. It's unique from other liquids in that sense. The front end flavor is very good, but the finish on each one killed them for me. Each juice had it's own flavor, typically in the finish, that was off-putting to me.

The Tribecca was a bit too sweet and floral for me. No tobacco flavor to speak of and not like other RY4's I've tried.

Torque56 was a bit too strong. I will say it was the most like an analog that I've tried, but not one that I'd like. The finish on it was reminiscent of a raisin and maybe a burnt caramel. It has a strong maybe overpowering finish.

Prime 15 is described as earthy. That it is. I got a strong peaty flavor. It's all in the finish, but for me, it was bad.

Turkish Tobacco is in my clearo right now. I prefer it to the others, but I'll be happy when it runs out. Just like the others, I don't mind and maybe even like the base, but the finish isn't for me. It tastes exactly like Kahlua.

I have yet to try Longhorn or Midnight Apple.

Though I'm not a fan of fruity flavors, I do want to try Midnight Apple. Halo's base, does make a very nice vapor. With an Apple finish, maybe it won't be so off-putting. With each flavor, I thought I liked it until the exhale.

Either way, I plan on letting them sit for a week before I try again.

Just got my 30ml bottle of Tribeca today. Gave it a good shake and it's sitting on the table with the cap off for a couple hours. Loaded an eRoll tank and gave it a vape. I think I will like this one. Good mouth feel and it is certainly reminiscent of a decent mild cigar. It has a genuine smokey taste that isn't offensive. I can definitely taste the freshness and things that need to off gas and blend. Looking forward to hitting it hard in a week or so.

Tribeca was my third vape, ever, and first tobacco juice. First time it was wonderful. Next day, I couldn't stand it. I can't find a Halo tobacco that works for me, and believe me I have tried. :(

In Tribeca's defense I didn't steep it - I was new to vaping and didn't know better. Tiki Juice and Turkish Tobacco steeped for two weeks - made no difference.

Point being, I just about have enough Halo points for a free 30ml - and yes, it's going to be Tribeca. One more time with full steeping. I like Halo as a company - I want to like Tribeca.

If it doesn't work this time, no worries - my cubemate loves it so I'll PIF it to him and call it a clear case of, "It's me, not them."

Actually, my impression was the opposite - that of all the juices I've re-ordered, Halo stuff seems precisely consistent.
I attributed that to "maybe they're big enough to mass produce" - and eliminate batch differences...
I've ordered Tribeca several times, and found the taste identical each time!

(Also on my "consistent" list (and another mysterious, "what IS that flavor" flavor) is Grey Matter from MrELiquid)

What is odd to me is that every time i get a new bottle, it tastes slightly different. Perhaps my taste buds have just changed with time. Anyone else notice this?
