Halo Triton leaking

I'm having a leaking problem on all my Triton tanks. My husband and I have taken them all apart and cleaned them, put them together with new coils, made sure the center hole is clean and dry, even stored the tanks upright, and yet by the next day they are leaking and gurgling. We fear this will end up destroying the batteries, as they are leaking down into them. Halo only says "make sure the coil is tight and the wicks aren't caught in the threads". But we've been very careful about this. It's very frustrating and getting wearisome cleaning them so often. Does anyone have any ideas?

Triton tanks / T2's are sensitive to draw/inhalation strength when it comes to flooding (gurgling and leaking from the bottom).
Longer slow gentile draws/drags might help, if you've over tightened the drip tip a time or two they will most likely continue to leak, the top seal is easy to fubar.
You can install new heads to see if that helps, replace them or try a different delivery device if these prove to be too frustrating.

The top of the battery is sealed so leaks shouldn't reach the internals.
