I'm starting with the Triton Starter Kit. I was wondering how others use this kit.
How many puffs do you take per session? I normally take around 8 because that's the amount I took when smoking regular cigs.

I started with that kit in 2013. It took me from forty or more cigs a day down to just one in a matter or four or five days. Then I upgraded to something better and stopped having that one last cigarette.

However, I never counted puffs. vaping is different than smoking. When I lit a cigarette, I always did so with the intention of finishing it because they were too expensive to waste. With a vape, if you feel the need for a puff or two, you can have just a puff or two. Or twenty. It doesn't matter. vape however much and however often it takes to keep yourself from having a cig.
