You did good if you found some flavors that you like right out of the gate. I'm thinking that I might have to try the tobacco flavors. I don't normally vape them so I've only tried their gourmet line which all of them are good but one of my all time favs is Twisted Java. That Prime 15 sound really good.

Hey FWIW I'm a new vapor that was guided by a very expierenced vapor into this very very sometimes confusing word of e-cigs but I ordered 6 Halo blends and they have all been great but one that you have is easily by far my favorite so far that being the Southern Classic. I love the citrus and clove like undertones I could vape this all day no problems. The Tribeca is weird ..... when I first tried it I loved it..... then I hated it as I am a noob so I was using a clearomizer and not priming or pulling faster than the wick in the protank could keep up so I dry hit it a few times. Then I hated it ..... as of today that sweet caramel and I call it waffle cone flavor all came back and I love it again..... another Halo juice worthy of mention that I really like is Prime 15 that is another great juice I have nothing but praise for that blend dry cocoa and a slight sweet undertone but mostly dry chocolate and tobacco very good stuff. Halo Turkish tobacco is also great..... very interesting flavor almost a clove / cinnamon / rose petal flavor I know it sounds weird but it works very well. IDK I think everything Halo makes is just awesome I guess.

If you like twisted java I think you will really like Prime 15 ...... if you are using a PV that can produce 7 watts or higher you will pull out those cocoa flavors that are really prominent and I love this blend I vape Prime 15 and Turkish tobacco almost exclusively.

I'm not even sure what I got from voodoo, but it helped me quit smoking. Tribeca is perfect. The shamrock is rather good as well. Got them all as a sample for free, and they are all great. Will definitely order from them again!

Hey I have a question.... I have tried a few different brands of juice now and granted I am a noob no two ways about it but it just seems Halo is a step above everything else I have tried so far..... is there a better juice than Halo or is Halo the benchmark for what other juices are compared against ? sorry if this is a dumb question but as new as I am I just do not know. Also can you describe the Shamrock and what your setup is and the specs that you vape at as I know that can make a difference as to how the flavor presents itself. Thanks !!!

I can't make any comments on Halo being the benchmark for all other juices as I haven't tried all the juices on the market. I have tried Shamrock and if you like chocolate and mint, you'll like Shamrock. I've used it with different batteries and different tank systems, though I mostly use clearomizers now a days. It's not a candy bar chocolate, it's much richer and decadent tasting to me.

If it's anything like Prime 15 which has a awesome dry cocoa flavor with the added mint your describing that sounds awesome !!! I may have to pick up a 10ml to try it out. I'm in the same boat I only use Clearo's except when I try a new flavor I will use a cartomizer even if it mutes the flavor a bit, it will give me a good idea as to the flavor without me dedicating my vivi nova or protanks to the new juice. thanks for the reply !!

I hear Prime 15 is really good, I haven't tried it. Shamrock does have a dry cocoa flavor more than a milk chocolate flavor. I like all their gourmet line but my favorite is Twisted Java. I'm a big coffee fan. At first I thought mint and coffee was kind of weird but I kept going back to it and then couldn't stop vaping it.
I don't find cartomizers muting flavors, I just don't like all the prep work that goes with them.

I've been checking out Halo's website.

I tend to enjoy clearer lighter colored ejuice more. It seems like the darker color ejuice clogs up my clearo. Before I pull the trigger on any of these I was just wondering if anyone could let me know of any of their flavors that are clearer?

Thank you :)

I can only list the ones that I've tried but these are all very light in color:

Southern Classic (Yum)
Malibu
Prime 15
Torque 56

I've tried a few other Halo flavors that are a bit darker and I haven't had any issues with gunked up clearos.

Thank you SnowDog! I will check those out and probably order some of the small bottles to try them. :D

I would add one to that list possibly it is not clear but not dark either more of a light pink and is a awesome juice and has never clogged any of my clearomizers or carto's or anything Turkish tobacco is awesome and full of unique flavor. IMHO worth the try and like I said I use vivi nova's, protanks and most recently dual coil Innokin iClear 30's and have had no problems at all.

I agree. Halo tobaccos run really clean, which I appreciate. I rarely kill an atomizer with them. On the flip side, I have noticed that I go through Halo juice somewhat faster than other brands. As an example, when I use Halo juices in my little eRolls I can vape a tank (.4ml) and a half on a 90mah battery. With any other 70/30 or 50/50 juices I will barely vape a tank before I lose the battery. They don't reveal their PG/VG ratio but it is definitely thinner viscosity than a lot of juices out there. Fine with me.

From their website:
Our ingredients contain USP Grade Propylene Glycol and USP Grade Glycerin along with a proprietary blend of USP Grade Natural and Artificial flavorings. All ingredients are FDA and FEMA approved food additives, and we use only the highest quality USP Grade Nicotine with a Certificate of Analysis. Our nicotine is tested and documented to be a minimum of 99% pure before our e-liquid is created in our US facility.

So they do use VG but their ratios are proprietary.

Interesting comment. Good to know that I'm not the only one.

I didn't know if I was vaping them harder or if the juices were vaporizing at a faster rate but I suspected the latter.

In the past fruity or gourmet flavors I have tried from other vendors have been less than enjoyable so I have been using tobacco flavors (nutty tobacco 100% PG from awesome vapor - currently out of stock :(). I just finally got a provari and protank and now I'm considering trying some new flavors. I have hesitated to purchase the halo juices 1. as I previously mentioned - the color of the ejuice. Darker colors have given me trouble in the past. I don't want to clog up my new protank so thank you Aschecte for confirming they do not clog the protank. And 2. I have always stuck with 100% PG ejuice because my previous clearo didn't wick VG fast enough to keep up with my vaping (I tend to chain vape ;)) Because they don't list what ratio they use I was unsure but it sounds like their ejuice isn't too thick so thank you all for your recommendations and comments.

I think I'll go ahead an place a small order and see what happens. Happy vaping!

If you like nutty tobaccos, give Prime15 a try. You'll love it.

I ordered Torque 56, Freedom Juice, and Captain Jack as samples with my last Tribeca order.

Torque 56 was very perfumey out of the mail so I put it away for a little over a week. That made a big difference and though it retained a floral note, it became quite enjoyable and satisfying. Vaped it right up. Might go for a 30 next time.

Freedom Juice has a grass/straw and floral taste and bystanders commented along the same lines. A week steeping hasn't changed it. Not for me.

Capitain Jack started out as VERY floral and spicy with a noticeable rum flavor in the background. A week steeping toned down the spicy notes and brought forward even more floral presence. Co-workers refer to it as strong Potpourri, and it's beginning to taste that way to me as well.
All of them perform well and share that great vape quality I love from Halo. Definitely a distinct variety in flavor.
