I didnt order anything. I simply had a quick question on bottle sizing. Personally I though that this would get overlooked, shoved tot he side, replied to at a later time as it really was not that important.

10 minutes and a reply was in my in-box expressing his concern for customers and that every question was important and every suggestion taken in to account for the customers sake.

I was truley surprised by the quick response, the professional attitude.

I am not a customer of HALO or J. Blaze today, but I will CERTAINLY be tomorrow.

I realize people can't be on the internet all of the time. That being said , anytime I've had a question regarding Halo my e mails were answered in a timely manner by my standards.

It's nice that even with a question in a simple e mail to be treated like a potential customer. I think these guys will be around for a long time as long as they stick to there commitment to service and a top notch product.

Lucky for me Halo was the first juice i tried. As for now me and my wife dont see a need to go any where else as we have found our daily vape. We both love it. I am afraid by what ive read on here any other tobacco or menthol might be a step down

Ditto. I'm pretty new and recently began navigating beyond the New Members section. When I saw this thread I had to chime in.

I too ordered Halo the first week vaping. Customer service is above and beyond, how do they keep up? I got the reply to my first question about flavors almost immediately. Very professional organization.

I think this company will raise the bar on e-liquid (and vaping in general) - period.

To know that my next order of Newpure or Freedom, etc. will be exactly what I expected and not taste, look or smell different - awesome.

Like Happyonnic said - it's my daily vape and nothing else quite measures up to this liquid, or this company.
Lucky for me too! I didn't have to keep searching. I feel quite reassured by a company that operates on such a professional level all the way around, from the safety sealed bottle, the quality control, right down to the fantastic customer relations.

I've placed two orders so far and both times - 2 days from ordering to my mailbox - can't beat that!

If they offered an auto-ship option at some point I'd be all over that! Every month (or however often you set it up?) your smoke-juice arrives ... effortless.

I haven't read one negative thing about this supplier. I don't think anyone would be disappointed.

I was one of the first to sign up for his sample.. It was a mix up in flavor and told there would be a replacement in the mail... 2 months later still nothing....

I did not enjoy the clean up and the flavor, I have my favorites this just does not happen to be mine.

I too got in on the beta testing, and have been following Halo's progress since the beginning.

Every e-mail has been responded to above and beyond my expectations. In my book, their great juice will get plenty of customers, but their customer service is what will keep customers. They have been very responsive to feed back both on this site and in e-mails. I have some off the Bella Vanilla Cigar on back order due to supplier problems, and instead of just waiting until it ships to communicate I have gotten an e-mail every week updating me on what is going on.

I know I won't be ordering e-liquid from anywhere else from now on.

I absolutely love their freedom juice. A great majority of my juice will be from them, I just wish they had more flavors as I'm new and want to try everything.

I have the Newpure and Freedom and they have become my all day vapes, they are just awesome. I should receive the Harley 56 today or tomorrow and I expect it will also be fantastic. Their customer service is top notch and I've never had any ejuice that comes close to theirs. Highly recommend !!

I ordered on Friday and did not expect to receive it until late this week. When I ordered I made a special request for my sample. Within no more than an hour I got a response saying they would take care of my request.
Got the juice today, nice glass bottles, sealed with plastic on the top. Lovely labels on them. Been vaping the Bella and so far it is some very good juice.

So high marks for customer service!
And high marks for first impression on the Bella Vanilla.
I have not tried the Freedom yet.

OH Please, do tell. Is the Bella Vanilla more of a Vanilla or Cuban Cigar taste. I have been waiting for some reviews on the Vanilla and the Harley.

I get more cigar with a faint vanilla taste, it is not sweet at all, but it is very smooth and very pleasant.

I find actual cigars very harsh, this seems to have the slight cigar flavor without being overpowering or harsh.

I have only been vaping it for a little while so I will need a few days to really be able to give a decent review of it what I am tasting. I do like it though.

It is by far the best tobacco flavor I have tried thus far.

One thing that sets Halo apart from the other juices is that it is NOT sweet. I can speak for Smooth 8, Freedom, Bella Vanilla and Harley. I was just about to give up completely on ecigs as all I was tasting was candy!

If you want a flavor that is as close to tobacco as can possibly be without it being tobacco - order from Halo.

I order most of my juices from MFS, but this Halo juice definitely intrigues me. First, I only vape 36 mg juice generally at HV. Will the 24 mg juice satisfy my nicotine cravings?

I have not found one juice that did not have at least a somewhat sweet taste; I believe the sweet taste is a result of the PG. Even the unflavored has a sweet taste to me. Can other people vouch that this juice is not sweet. I would be very interested in this juice if this was the case. Don’t get me wrong, I like sweet juices, but I would like to find at least one that was not sweet tasting.

In addition, I quickly looked at their web page, is this juice PG or VG based?

I don't find the Smooth-8 or the Freedom to have a sweet taste to them at all.

Our ingredients contain USP Grade Propylene Glycol and USP Grade Glycerin along with a proprietary blend of USP Grade Natural and Artificial flavorings. All ingredients are FDA and FEMA approved food additives, and we use only the highest quality USP Grade Nicotine with a Certificate of Analysis. Our nicotine is tested and documented to be a minimum of 98%-99% pure before our e-liquid is created in our US facility. We incorporate Lot Number Tracking as a means of tracing our e-liquid through the supply chain.

I am pretty sure they said in one of the other Halo threads that it is PG but don't quote me either lol.

I have been vaping the Freedom today and am not sure about this one. It is not sweet, but I am not getting much flavor at all from it at the moment. I will of course continue vaping it this week to see how I like it over time.

I do like the Bella though and that might be my problem with the Freedom is I started with the Bella. Very nice smooth flavor, as close to smoking a actual cigarette as I have had while vaping.
