I am a fan of tobacco flavored e-liquids and I am consistently trying out new flavors in search for that "authentic tasting flavor".

I am no fan of drink or fruit flavored flavors at all. I have a very specific taste bud and perhaps my preference may not be yours, but here is my take on the Smooth8 flavor.

Available from Halocigs.com, (I'm not affiliate btw), this is USA manufactured e-liquid. The 18mg version I ordered is a somewhat mild version of dekang virginia flavor with a hint (just slighty) of pepper like taste. It is overall a light tobacco flavor, and it is very enjoyable.

I can't really describe the taste in words, it's definitely unique and you won't find a taste like this in any of the dekang flavors you would get from China.

If you haven't tried any USA made liquids yet, I definitely recommend halocigs for your first purchase, you won't be disappointed. They're are definitely legit! And I am certain that many memebers here would agree.

I have tried Freedom and loved it at first. The TH it had at first and full on flavor is now lost to me at least several weeks later. I have been debating on Torque or Smooth 8 for awhile now. I must say this is the first time I've heard Smooth 8 described as you have here slightly peppery / dekang virginia type taste. I've heard it was ginger or earl grey tea some what. I was hoping it would be truer towards the earl grey/ginger flavor than peppery. I really don't know what to get next now. They really need to sell smaller bottles to try out. Or buy a 30 and tag on a sampler of another for a few bucks etc.

Halo is a quality Eliquid for sure and Johhny is a decent guy who runs the company a first class dude. The freedom meets my taste buds more than the smooth8. I also love there menthols and mixing just a bit of the Trupure or the Ice with the Freedon Liquid is a really nice blend for me.

The flavor itself is very unique, and thus mild virginia plus a hint of pepper was the closest I can describe it to using words. It's like trying to explain what an orange tastes like to someone who's never tried an orange.

I never tried the torque flavor, but I say got for the smooth8 if you liked the freedom.
