I will say to this company's credit that after I complained, they replied to me within five minutes and they're doing a pretty good job making things right. As far as safety is concerned, the bottle came sealed in a thick plastic bag, and the leak was contained to that bag. I'll make sure to use gloves when I open the package and clean it up.

Yeah, I would have been annoyed anyway, but the toxicity issue really put this over the top!
