Searching this forum is daunting sometimes because its so large and I am not sure if what I am after has been discussed.

I really want a hammond box with dual 26650's and the Raptor 330 (same chip in the sigelei) chip.
1. I do not know if it has been done or is even possible size wise.
2. I do not want to build it myself.
3. Is there a thread already dedicated to this set up?

Thank you all for the input in advance!

Yihi makes the sx330 series boards. As far as I know, they are only available to manufacturers. You'd have to salvage a board from a mod or consider using an sx350 board which are available to modders. Dual 26650's in a Hammond 1590B would occupy the entire internal width of the enclosure. There would be space towards the top to mount your 510 and fire switch, but I doubt there would be room to mount the chip.

So here is a 1590B which is a monster box with a single 26650

YIHI SX350 white 26650 box mod

Here is my SX in a 1550P in front of my Raptor in a 1590G

Dual 26650's are a issue when it comes to size. You may be able to use a 1590B but the board will have to mount in the top cause the two cells take the complete width of the box. Why not just do a 1590B with dual 18650"s, I get decent battery life with a single VTC5 but I do not vape at 60w all day either.

Tough choice

I made a dual 26650 in a Hammond B box couple months ago, there is enough room up top for that board.

That is a MOSFET build. Not an SX350 build. The MOSFET is REALLY small in comparison to the SX350 board (and a lot easier to install too).

Just get on Mouser Electronics - Electronic Components Distributor and look around for the dimensions that you want. There are SOOOOOOO many sizes and variations out there. You will need something roughly 5-7mm wider than the 1590B box. Definately doable though!!. Good luck!!!! If you want to check out the boxes I have built for customers, feel free to check out my facebook page that I recently created. just search for JJ Box mods.
