Hana Mod FT clone question.

I purchased a Hana mod V3 clone from FT, and I love it, save for the 510 Connecter. Its and Aluminum Chrome plated 510 connecter that goes to my rda, and the Voltage drop off it is HORRIBLE. I may as well have bought a DNA20 because i just cant get those extra 10 watts off this thing. Anyone know where I could purchase a replacement connecter?

If you're only getting 20 watts out of it, you should probably just open a ticket and have them replace it for you before your warranty expires. You paid for a 30 watt clone and that's what they should have sent you.

I agree with above post on returning the mod. Hopefully they will send you one that will allow the 30 watts. As far as the voltage drop, I would do a little research as to exactly what or which chip is in the unit. Because it is a clone, you can't assume it has the same chip as the actual Hanna mod.look into what chip is running it's program and see if the voltage drop is a known issue for that particular chip. Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks for the advice here... Its not the whole connecter that is the problem, its just the adjustable pin that is the problem. I looked around on fatdaddyvapes, but didn't see what I was looking for. Sending it in is no good because it is what I payed for. Its just that little connecter pin is awful. Double checked the chip too, definitely a DNA30. I talked to Hana Mods direct about it but they want to confirm it as authentic before they will sell me a 1 dollar part and well its not obviously. I know that the pin is the problem because swapped mine with a friends to test it out. Unfortunately he can't get one either because his is a clone too...
