I had a 510 connector on my CHANA dna 30 cause a board failure. I believe they have fixed that with the new ones. One thing you may want to try is a 510 - 510 adapter. I'm not fond of doing this but i hate to pry on them which is another option. You may be able to pry using a small screwdriver or paperclip and get the center pin up some. The last fix would be to take it apart and replace that connector with a better one which is a real pain. Don't know about yours buy mine had a large amount of hot glue in it. Took 2-5 min with a heat gun and various tools to get the glue out so i could pull the bad board and connector.

I have a cloupor dna 30 and I have the new generation and with the new generation they have addressed and fixed this known issue. They made a different 510 connection. If your interested you can get the fixed new cloupor version for 70.00 from fluid vapes. Otherwise you might be able to find a adapter and leave the 510 adaptor on. Hope this helps.
