Hana v3 clone spec questions

I've been playing with my new hana clone trying tons of different builds on it and trying to find the optimal output. I finally got a good .5 ohm dual coil build on it that worked fantastically on my mech but when placed on my hana it won't pump out the 4 volts it wants to even at 30 watts it caps at about 3.6v. For a device that claims it can run .3ohm builds is that just something you have to settle with when building that low or am I just missing something here?

Putting the fact that it's a 'clone' aside, check those post screws and make sure they're nice and tight. I've had instances where my coil jumps ohms just for that reason.
