Hana V3 Problem

I have just recently received a hana v3 and when removing the battery the plastic it sits in is moving up and has to be pushed down after installing a new battery or the back wont sit flush. Is this normal? I know the CHANA's don't do this. Its very annoying and I feel I am going to break something.

Hmm, the first question is, uh, why are you removing the battery? I've had the original for awhile now. I installed the Sony VCT4 on the first day, and haven't had a reason to open the door, or touch the battery. Once the battery is installed, you can charge it via the USB port and leave it alone.

^ I thought one of the features of a Hanna is the "user serviceable" battery (onbord charging as well as swappable) Sounds to me like a QC issue and at the price of a Hanna I for one would be bringing it up with them.
