Hangover and Vaping

Hi

Abit curios to this part. As ive been smoking full time since 13 or so this is something that I know alot about. Well not vaping while hungover but the hungover part.
Basicly when I drink I get the hangover from hell. I can start puking in the morning and puke / sleep for maybe 12 hours or so.
When not smoking as much while drinking my hangovers tends to get better.

How is this while vaping for you guys? are your hangovers as before, better or worse?

Aside from the Amy Winehouse school of indoor sports aspect, dehydration is one element of a hangover. vaping won't do anything to help that.

i dont normally get hangovers when i drink, but i noticed that i get them more frequently the more i vape...because a hangover is essentially dehydration and a vitamin deficiency, and vaping causes dehydration, ecigs dont do much to remedy a hangover.

Agreed, E cigs and Analogs do cause a slight form of dehydration and so does alcohol. yeah.. its not going to help that.

I get worse hangovers when vapeing, and only have to have 3 cans bourbon and coke to get a hangover when I smoked i could have drunk twice the amount but not now. id rather vape than smoke so i drink less now

The occaisional hangover I understand but, it sounds to happen quite often. Dont drink as much? and pound water through out the day and especially during your sessions of seemingly heavy alcohol ingestion.

Still new to all this, but I did not get any worse of a hangover the last time I drank. I vaped more during that time period than I would normally too.

I can say that my hangovers as a whole have gotten worse. I can't drink like I used to, but I contribute that to aging and the fact that I just drink less often now than I used to.

I'm so pleased (in a non sadistic sense!) to see that others have been getting raging hangovers too! I must admit, I've had a few stinkers of late although I have been drinking a lot more.

In early December I received some terribly good news so I had a bottle of champage, some bottles of bud and then...oh God...what that amount of alcohol led to me do....

Then Christmas where I forgot that there's a difference in quantity between bottles of bud and pints... I spent most of Christmas Eve morning playing Abba music on my phone whilst running the shower with the window open to disguise the sound of my praying to the porceline Gods from my Grandmother who does not approve of drinking until one is ill, followed by most of the rest of the day spent on the sofa, moaning softly to myself! New Years Day was pretty bad too...x
