This thread really made my birthday real!
I worked all day since it is my usual work schedule. So, no party, or celebration. No birthday wishes in person.
I got a phone call from a really great friend, a fellow Reonaut! His call made me smile!
And I did get a call from my direct manager and she sang me the birthday song! That was so nice!
When shopping I picked up a Lindt White Chocolate bar. That was my special treat.
So, to everyone who posted a birthday wish I give a huge thank you for making my day very real and special!

Awwwwwww so glad Karen! I didn't mean to bogard your thread ...but gotta say, it made my day too. Hope you have a wonderful bday supper with your son. I got to see mine for a couple minutes, he brought me a gallon of water lol He gets paid tomorrow and is off, so said I could come over and we could do something

Yeah i like the birthdays thst last a week long. Forget that one day crap for busy people now adays.

It should arrive tomorrow! And I have already been thinking about the door swap! Looking forward to posting at least a couple of pics!
BTW, I am now finally home from work. Made me a special bunch of jalapeno/cream cheese filled poppers! Dang those things are good! I am enjoying my late birthday celebrations!
Watched Spy, and now watching Jurassic World!

I did not know who played the leading role in Spy before watching. Just read a short description and had nothing to lose to give it a shot. Melissa McCarthy came on screen and I was happy. So far I have loved her roles in various movies.
That one had me laughing frequently. If you don't mind the dirty language she uses you are in for a treat! I didn't mind at all. In fact I plan on watching the movie again soon, it was that good!
Jurassic World is good. Saw it the day after it opened in the theater, IMAX, 3D version. Still enjoyed it on my home tv.
Poppers were not bacon wrapped. I plunked them in the deep fryer then topped them with some sweet blueberry sauce. Fantastic!
