Happy Esmoker is a relatively new vendor in the business. One great thing about this company is that their eliquid is 100% American made, natural, and organic. If you didn't realize the flavor from the name, this is supposedly a Perique eliquid. Perique is a tobacco grown exclusively in Saint James Parish, Louisiana.
Described on the website as "rare and precious, this dark, fragrant tobacco provides a distinctive taste that cannot be imitated. This medium bodied flavor is very smooth with a touch of sweetness upon exhale. We hope this would make Pierre Chenet proud!" (Pierre Chenet is the original creator of the process to make perique tobacco).
First off, I'm not a perique expert by any means. I've had a few extracted perique eliquids but never smoked the real tobacco. On inhale, it's a dark and somewhat bitter tobacco. The flavor is not as strong as their London Fog but it is still strong for a tobacco. There is a slightly sweet flavor on exhale. Out of the three extracted perique liquids I have tried, this is probably my least favorite. While still good, the unique factor just isn't there for me.
At 12mg, the throat hit is decent. It's not fantastic but is obviously still there. Vapor production is decent.
Final thoughts, if you're a pipe tobacco fan, you may like this liquid. It's not a cigarette, cigar, or snuff flavor. I do appreciate that it does not clog up your atty/carto. I wish the flavor was a bit more unique than what it is. There is a strong flavor, it's just not my favorite. While a good eliquid, I probably won't reorder this one. 7/10
