Hi... it's me again... I hope you know that I am just trying to help, because most of the people on here will pick new places/vendors apart!!

You've got some really great prices on your starter kits and I am going to recommend them to a few friends who want to switch to e-cigs (I've converted 4 already!!) I noticed that you changed the description on the 510 kit (great!!), but the pic on it is misleading because it shows a PCC with it... also, I do not see anywhere in the menu for a choice of color for black or white. But I love the fact that you offer one of each auto and manual batts... that's how I started out with my 1st 510 kit!!

The pictures of your eGo's look more like Riva's to me - if so they are 750mAH, so you might want to change that.
Other than that, it's a great design and competitive pricing.

You have a super deal on those, too, but I don't think they could be genuine eGo's for that... it is still a STEAL for a Riva, though!!!

And maybe it's just me, but Apple is kind of an odd choice of pre-filled carts for a starter kit (for someone that is just coming off of analogs...) My friends don't know anything about e-cigs and I want to be sure what they are getting before I tell them about your sale...

It should be fixed now. We had a missing main image on the product page and some erroneous secondary images, including one of our 510 kit w/ PCC.

It should also now be fixed. This kit does come in black or white. The 510 kit w/ PCC comes only with a white PCC box and black 510.

I'll answer this in the other thread as well. All the documentation I have points to eGo (packaging, specs, etc). But I do see the question about the shape, particularly near the button. Similar to our 510s not being JOYE510s, these are "eGos" but they are the generic model. Does that help?

Our thinking was part personal experience and part of the experience at the beginning of the business. When I stopped and my partners stopped tobacco cigarettes, we tried different flavors. They like vanilla and cherry and I ended up on Mint/Menthol. For some reason tobacco flavor or other flavors didn't suit us. Add to that: we sold a lot more fruit/sweet flavors than tobacco flavors at first. That gap is starting to close.

All that said, I appreciate the feedback. Were you thinking a tobacco flavor might be the better choice? We're not married to Apple.

I'm so glad that you are taking this to heart!! There was another new vendor here recently who had a contest, asking people to help him with his website, and picked a random winner from all of the posts... (I won - LOL!!)

Everything looks great except for a couple of things... the pic for the Riva kit doesn't show up on the detail/order page, the "510 - E-Cigarette Starter Kit w/ PCC" pics still say Joye510 on them... and the Silver PCC has a pic of the Black one, with no pic for the Silver... That's it for now.

It would also be nice if your banner had a link to your site

As far as the flavors go, most kits come with a choice of Tobacco or Menthol... or some even just have Tobacco. I'm a former Menthol smoker and got a genuine Joye starter kit, but the juice that was in them was so bad that I still have 4 of them left... Ha!!

I will be telling my friends about your site and will also post your sale in the "Deals and Steals" thread here, so I hope you have plenty in stock!! Good Luck to you!!!

Suggestion on Flavors: If you can swing it, I'd offer four: Stick with Apple. With your address Green Electronic Cigarettes (Check it out, lurkers!) it could almost become a trademark flavor. Add to that standard tobacco, menthol, and I"d suggest Vanilla too.

Suggestion on inventory: Are you planning on carrying the carts? Also, one thing that seems to have worked out well for Totally Wicked is branding their stuff. If you can put together a nice looking box, maybe a graphic on the PCC, then you'll get some consumer loyalty.

Definitely. Change your logo from a green leaf to a green apple, stock the black 510s with a green led, and slap the logo on the PCC. Put it in a decent box like TW uses, and you're in business. Stick with the apple and you'll go far!

Except that Apple Records already has the green apple thing going... I like the green leaf, it stands for pure and natural... like a tea leaf or something.... heck, even a tobacco leaf?? Let's not go redesigning their logo now... LOL!!

Are the atomizers going to be re-stocked before the sale ends? I'd really like to pick some up. Also, do you know what the resistance is? I think standard Joye's are around 2.3Ω but I'd like a confirmation.

Thanks for all the ideas! We are definitely going to do the green LEDs. Need to move a little more volume and we'll get that done. As far as the apple logo, that was on the short list of logos before we decided on the leaf. We looked at 2, maybe 3 apple logo variations. I think it just reminded me too much of Apple (i.e. iphone, ipad, etc).

We want to brand the PCCs, boxes, everything. It's a question of volume at this point. Same issue with the green LEDs. We put our logo on everything that goes out, but we can definitely do more.

Main priority right now is to get our supply chain sorted and efficient. Once we've got that, we'll work on the branding some more.

The apple is an interesting flavor. Everyone that has tried it, seems to like it. But the "idea" of the apple flavor seems to turn some off before they try...
