Everyone, we are still here and everything ordered since 12/24 (with a few refunded exceptions that we sent emails to the orderers about) has shipped. I sincerely apologize that I couldn't get to more emails while away. No excuse. Any issues you've had with products will be dealt with the best way we can (refunds, future discounts, etc). All orders placed since 12/24 have completed and are just waiting for USPS pickup. We're not a scam and I hope we can prove that. We are, however, fairly small and when a couple of us go out of town, things get a little hectic and maybe slip a little.

Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and hopefully you'll see some better feedback in the next days. Thanks.

I'm very sorry, but I can't find the email you sent about the issue. Please email support@vapor-pure.com and we'll fix this.

I sent him a message about some issues I was having with pre-filled carts that came with my 510 starter kit I got from him during the sale last month not fitting the attys (really loose and leaks all over the place) and never heard back. Then last week the button fell out of one of the 510 batts. I sent quite a few people to his site to get their first e-cigs and I just hope they don't have issues as well. I really would hate to have to take complaints when I can't even get my own issues resolved with him =(

We hope this shows our appreciation (for spell checking our site, thanks to you all above, among many other things. I'm on it.).

We've also replenished some juice, particularly in the Mint, Tobacco and Reds flavors.

And we'll be adding Riva/510 compatible, polyfilled (but not loaded with juice) cartridges to the site over the weekend. We'll also be replenishing the inventory online for our 510 batteries (black, manual only. Some issues reported with the autos. Not sure we'll carry autos any longer) and atomizers over the weekend.

Glad to see that everything seems to be smoothing out. I hope everybody becomes satisfied after all the concerns. Maybe I'll eventually get to "tray" the greener alternative too. :laugh:

*note to self - do not go on vacation during the grand opening of my store when I open it.* Just sayin' :laugh:

Indeed. It was a perfect storm: join ECF, holiday sale, new product, everyone going on some kind of vacation. Won't happen again. Wasn't fun for any of us.

LOL, it's all good. I was just laughing 'cause it's a little funny. I don't know how much stock you guys plowed through, but I'm sure that you fell in with the group of suppliers around here that just weren't prepared for the numbers. I saw something posted, maybe even here (heck, I can't remember after this holiday season), anyway I saw something along the lines of 600% more purchases this year over last year. Those kind of numbers are hard to plan for. :)

Hope you had a good holiday vacation!
