Happy Jack = Happy Vapers

I wanted to make a new thread because my original one, http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/canada-forum/156733-canada-post-bunk.html, is a bit convoluted, and I feel this needs attention on its own.

I received an email today from Jack, again apologizing for the fiasco with Canada Post. It contained a gift certificate for $32.46!

Now, I don't know if Jack was refunded for the shipping costs with Canada Post - and in fact, I HIGHLY doubt it - but regardless, this is a prime example of STELLAR customer service.

If there are any of you out there who have not yet dealt with Jack or Happy Vaper, you can have full confidence that they take their Customer Service very seriously.

Blondie!!!!! I am sooooooooo happy for you!!! what a fiasco it was, and to have Jack step up to the plate like he did, all I can say is that is one amazing man, and one amazing vendor!! I too have had fantastic service with Happy Vaper - Canada Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquid, DIY Concentrated Flavorings! and it was Jack that got me set up 11 days ago with my 510 and all the accessories to go with it. He has emailed me several times to make sure I am a happy vapor, always asking if everything went ok with my orders and shipment, and is always inviting me back with questions and anything else he can do for me. I truly love that website and the service and Jack and Rob have me as a lifer!! Blondie, you have no idea, well I am sure u do, how happy I am to hear your wonderful surprise today from Happy Vapors!! vape on Girl!!! Vape on!!!
