Happy Jack and Happy Vaper

I've been ordering from Happyvaper pretty much since they started out. Never any issues, which is the way it should be. Fast courteous service and good products. I didn't really understand why Jack got such over the top glowing reviews on here until now. This is what puts Happyvaper above and beyond any other supplier I've ever dealt with...

I finally did have an issue with a product that happened to be defective. Understandable. It happens... but what Jack did is rather than having me send it back and mail a replacement he actually drove down (and not an inconsiderable distance either) and met me in person to exchange the product AND on a Saturday no less. Unbelievable and far and above the highest expectations of customer service.

We're certainly spoiled here around the GTA to have Jack around.

That is way above and beyond what is expected of a retailer. I have never dealt with Jack but I hear nothing but good reviews.
Some people just know how to run a business and others have no idea. As an example there is a fish & chip restaurant near my home which was always empty, with never more than 4 or 5 customers at any given time. Their prices were really high, and the store had changed hands 2 or 3 times in a 2 year period. Each new owner kept the prices high and the plates were getting smaller and smaller. New owners took over last year and the first thing they did was to reduce the prices by 25% and increase the amount of food they served. It worked........ Only problem is that I can now never find a seat in the darn place.

That's pretty impressive, it's a shame he doesn't sell juice as well but that's understandable I guess.

I agree 100 percent. I owe Jack my life too! He was my go to guy when I first got started in the vaping world, quit analongs the same day I got my pretty pink 510 in the mail! I buy all my gear from him, and flavors too! I had an issue with my 510 passthrough, sent it back, he replaced it. No questions asked! I also email him if I have a question and get a very fast response. Love that man! He has really changed alot of lives with his services!

Also on the site it says to call any time. I called one time to give a password for EMT. It was 11pm here, 1am in GTA. Somebody actually picked up the phone sounding all cheery. " hello, happy vaper". I couldn't believe it. I thought for sure I'd get a machine.

Definitely have had good contact with Jack and Rob at Happy Vaper with good products. Just following the post above (atm) about v4L and checking out their web site and I'd say HV site is cleaner (they both use same web page template) and much easier to view and follow - V4L gave me a headache with that singular black background everywhere.

And the hardware offerings at HV are a much wider range that covers off what V4L has - which seems to be mostly 510 variety e-cigs in many colours and sizes. The reviews V4L is getting are from many happy customers for them as you read up on each product they sell, but I'd still put Happy Vaper miles out in front of 4VL.

I agree regarding the black background on web pages. It's just hopeless trying to read them. White and simple is the way to go.

Yup. Jack has definitely gone above and beyond for me as well.

He's one of the most friendly people i've met and never hesitate to refer him.

jack has helped me out hundreds of times ,with my 510 my ego, my batteries for mods , if ever im confused i know hes a phone call away , its like he enjoys phone calls from his customers ,, even when i was broke and just ordered a bloog battery to try he knew it wouldnt work for me and upgraded me to the mini pcc kit , thats someone who cares about his customers where most would of shipped my single battery and hoped id be back to buy more after he upgraded my kit , you really cant go wrong with jack . if you want to shop with confidence happy vaper is by far the best

Happy Jack is definitely amazing, I've changed my mindset to only ordering from happyvaper and cdnvapor!

Might I add as well, that Happy Rob is also an amazing guy.

Not only do they both keep good track of their customers history but they always send out e-mails for new concerns etc. Happyvaper ftw
