i forgot to bring my pv out ytd and i survived the whole day without smoking(yucks) and vaping. sweet. think i gonna cut down on nic and soon i will be free!!

It's more psychological than physical. The habit of smoking is the killer, if not the nic gum or patches would've worked way back. But that's just my opinion. =D
