Hey y'all. Just stopping by ... been lurking for a couple days (that's how I roll). :D I'm brand spankin new to the e-cig world. I discovered it while at Myrtle Beach at a work conference of all things. I saw someone vaping INSIDE the conference while I was jonesin for an analog. I walked right up to her and asked her what it was she was doing and she was very nice and explained it to me and I put a note in my phone and went on about my night. After I got home, I remembered that I had put it in my phone and went to the website she gave me. WOW! I'm so glad I did!!!! I am in LOVE! I sit at my desk at work and do it! I love all the things about it; taste, no smell, all the different flavors. It's a whole new world out there I'm just sorry it took me this long to discover it!!! I had tried a friend of mine's mother's e-cig once and there was nothing there. NOTHING. So from that one experience, I pretty much had written them off completely. I even quit analogs all together for over 3 months and then went back to smoking. SO GLAD I saw that woman inside the conference. I can't believe how much I love it.

I ordered what she told me to: Joyetech w/ Vision eGo Clearomizer 1000mAh Starter Kit and some cheesecake & 5 star general. In my first shipment, they gave me a free sample of RedHots. I love them ALL! Already ordered more flavors! I plan to order the Vision Mini Vivi Nova tank System next order. Now for those who have actually read all this ... here are my questions.

1. How long do the eGo batteries typically last?
2. Can you clean the Cleromizer's and re-use them? I've read that some say you can and others no. What's the best method of cleaning? I've heard vodka. Really?

Thanks all! ;)

Glad you found out about E-cigs. I have been off the stinkies since 09 and have not seen one person smoking e-cigs yet ANYWHERE! There still is not enough public knowledge for people to try it or even know about it.
By the way, you may want to start a vapor fund now because sooner or later you will be moving up in the world of vaping and buyng more expensive/cooler toys.:)

Welcome , and your batteries are rated a certain mah . Equates to about an hour per mah . So if you have a 650 mah battery , around six hours or so . ( not if you use dual coil devices ) and yes you can clean the visions , and yes vodka works , some people use efferdent , and even some people use boiling water . I beleive that the water , could rust the coil , so I use vodka . works for me . And the Vivi mini is better the the visions , in my opinion . I have used both , and the Vivi's win , hands down . At least that's my opinion . Glad to have you , join us .

Thanks for the replies! The lady at the conference (I wish I had gotten her name) said that as many people she has turned on to e-cigs she should be selling the stuff! Anyone have any favorite flavor recommendations? katnbrian, I see the copper drip tips! I've was looking at those today actually! This world is so new and so HUGE! I'm like a kid in a candy store! I've started with what I was "told" to start with but I'm certainly up for any suggestions from long time vapers. So much information!!!! But so excited to be here and to have found out about them!!
