Hi to all ECF'ers (reading that it sounds a bit rude, but its really not meant to be... haha, I promise!) I'm a relatively new vaper from South Africa, and I thought to share some of my experiences also.Been browsing/researching ECF for about 2 months now, and recently registered. Daaamn what a wealth of info... But everybody seems so kind and helpful here, and thats very refreshing! Especially for someone new who wants to start, but have NO clue where to begin. The vaping community here in SA seems very small, not like abroad. Though from what I've read here and elsewhere, NO LESS passionate about vaping! I actually don't know anyone else that vapes in the immediate circle of people I know. So I've been going at this pretty much alone, apart from info gotten here. The main problem here in SA, is since vaping is still small time, options and supplies are somewhat limited. We have about 6 or 7 local suppliers that I've come across online. Haven't tried them all, but the service so far received, has been awesome. Prices though, is kind of expensive (due to the cost of importing everthing, I realize that) and its just mainly the lack of options available, against what could be found from the States or China, that's dissapointing and frustrating. Taking nothing away from the local guys though, and I will continue to support them in the long run.I started 6 weeks ago, on a locally bought Ego-T kit (about top of the range thats available here. I see one of the suppliers recently got stock of the Ego-C, so we moving in some kind of direction I guess) Mine worked well, loved the batteries (1100mah's) but the tank carts/atty just didn't wow me enough. I felt dissapointed because it was nothing like I expected vaping to be. Same story as many here, muted flavour, nor enough kick or even vapor. Adjusted wicks, cleaned attys, tried everything I read about. Never had a leak though, as many reported. Good idea it may be, the tank systems (quick), but not hassle free, oh no.Anyway, found some LR dual coil cartos locally about 4 weeks ago, and these are SO much more pleasing. They are probably Smoktech d/c's, although they are not branded as such. Been loving them and the change has been good for my vaping future. PS I still haven't been able to quit the smokes completely. After 14 years at a pack a day, they are still like my old friends. Hard to say good bye, but I am moving at my own pace, and hope to put them down completely, in the not to distant future. Another problem is juice. Locally all we can buy is ALL pg or ALL vg imported juices (Dekang or something I guess, whilst some are branded with the supplier's labels). The high pg juices did, and still does, give me quite a nasty irritation in my throat, like a barking cough. So I've been using mainly the vg juices, which I have to say works quite well in the d/c cartos. Great vapour and decent flavor and TH.At the end of January I placed my 1st international order from Vaporgod.com. I chose them for a couple of reasons: wanted to try some Boge cartos (good price on them) and my 1st pg/vg mixed juices (good range and price on those as well), and the shipping rates were good also. Had to be very picky and calculating, because the rand/dollar exchange rate has always been kind of crappy, and I have to watch the finances like many. Visited a LOT of the suppliers thats popular and mentioned on here, and many compared well. But I liked the look of Vaporgod and the service received was excellent! So I received my order about a week ago, without any customs problems or the like. I'm going through all the juices slowly and hope to put up a review on those, here soon. Loving the Boges so far!So yeah, that's my long winded intro, thanks for reading if you did. Hope to be more active around here from now, so I'll see y'all good people around.Happy vapings!Sniffin

I actually typed my post above WITH paragraphs, but the forum seemed to have made it all 1 long thing (probably because I'm on my blackberry). So apologies for that! S

Great post and I did read it, even without paragraphs.

About the paragraph thing- it's happened to most of us. You can go in and edit (if you want to) and make breaks for paragraphs. No big deal.

Yes, cartos are definitely better, aren't they? I hope you liked the juices you received. I've never bought juice from Vapor God but I have bought supplies from there and have been very happy.
