Very nice sale, particularly on the juices and attys. I went to the site and ordered a few things.....no problem. Entered the Discount Code.......no problem. Whipped out the credit card.......no problem. Clicked on confirm and pay.......no problem. Got a message from AlertPay (something I had never seen before) saying I needed to have my phone on to receive some kind of authorization code......no problem. Waited awhile....nothing.........re-read the message which stated it would be sending a text message with the code.........Problem! I don't do text messages, and neither does my phone. Hey, what can I tell you............I'm old. Anyway, this is just too much bother for an oldster such as myself. Went back to the site and emptied my cart. All I wanted to do was order a few things and pay for them with a CC. Apparently that would have been too easy. :-(

OK, the saga continues. I figure I would try again to order. I signed up to be a member of AlertPay.......no problem. Iget a confirmation e-mail to validate my e-mail account.......no problem. I go back to happySmokes, add a few items to my cart.......no problem. Enter Discount Code..........no problem. Continue on the checkout path until I get to the AlertPay section.........Problem! I got this message:

I'm guessing my purchasing from HappySmokes is not meant to be, at least not now. I still would like to try some of their juices. As soon as AlertPay is up and running again, I'll be sure to cancel my membership, even if it is free.
Hopefully, HappySmokes will have another payment option. I CAN'T be the only person out there to experience this stuff with AlertPay. Maybe some prospective customers just give up and move on without saying anything. In any case, losing one customer is not good for business. As I said previously, I've never seen nor heard of AlertPay before.........and I hope I never do again!:mad:
I will be more than happy to order from HappySmokes when, and if, another payment option is offered.

The specific issue you speak of has been taken care of, call it a bad coincidence that you tried while it was happening.
We understand that this issue has been frustrating and inconvenient for many of you as it has been for us as well. Thank you for your continued understanding and patience.

Please do, because I figured I would try again and got a message saying that a validation code had been sent via text message. Then it told me to "open a ticket" and request service from the help desk. I don't think so.
Again, and I know you're getting tired of hearing this, but, as a former retail business owner, I will tell you that ANY system that makes it difficult or even thwarts a customer's attempt to purchase something is not good for business. Just my 2 cents.
I'm looking forward to trying some of your products when another payment system is in place. Thanks for your time. :D
