Update: I probably voided any warranty or consumer rights I may have. I suspected the cause of my problem was the fact that juice may have seeped into the button/wire area through the atty connection. Well, I shot a hefty dose of brake cleaner through the hole where the button is concealed from the battery and let the solution dry. As a result, the seal that protects the battery compartment ended up coming apart. I noticed that seal is held together with a sticky tape and silicone is shot into the electronic connections to protect again leaking juice, etc. The button works fine now. However, since my SB is black, the finish near the button peeled apart.

Lesson learned: Even though I thought I was careful about wiping off leaking juice and cleaning the atty connection often, stuff still leaks (in my case). IMHO, this is a design flaw where e cigs are still developing and it's not perfect at this stage of the game. Overall, I'm enjoying e cigs and appreciate the knowledge and support I get from others. Hope this helps you Lehd.
