I'm still at 24mg but I'd really love to get down - all the way to 0. But everytime I've tried to step down it just felt like something was missing. Maybe it's the lack of throat hit or maybe it's just like any other addiction, tough to break.

You should vape down your nic in smaller amounts, I would go down to an 16 nic from our 24. However I suggest mixing the 24 and 16 or even 8 to lower your nic levels by steps.

Example: 3/4 bottle of 24 nic, 1/4 16... that will get ya about 20(ish) and you can blend it to your nic liking.

Then from there you can use our 8, 16 nic levels as bases or stepping stones.
