Being new to vaping,I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or am I over doing it or is it expected. I have two set ups, Aspire BDC and BVC attys on top of my stock eGo battery. I vape like I use to smoke analogs (4 days ago and counting) a bout 30 -40 cigs a day. I find about 1/2 way through the day, I loose my cooool menthol flavor and get a harsh flavor. I use vaporfi Menthol with 3x flavor. When I hit the atty, hit it 4-6 times in a row. Help....I don't understand.

Hi and welcome nvadasz......same thing happened to me at first.....I think it is getting used to vaping and not smoking that might cause this. All is fine now and the harsh taste is no more!
1. Switch between tanks, the coils/wicks have to replenish themselves so if you chain smoke them too fast they can start giving you dry hits.
2. If you chain-vape on the same thing, your sense of taste/smell gets used to it, and then starts to ignore it. A cup of coffee can help reset this, as can switching between very different flavors.
3. Drink a lot of liquids. Your mouth is getting coated with this stuff, and you need to keep washing it away.

I guess I need to say that I've been vaping for about two weeks. I started out with a iclear 16, but found that I was getting dry hits. With these bottom feeders, at least I don't go dry. Could it be that I'm frying my coils hitting it so hard?
Entirely possible, if you're saying you think you are burning the juice I'd definitely get higher-Ohm coils for your ego and see if that changes things. You'll produce less vapor with a higher-ohm coil, but it'll let you do draws more frequently. Or take shorter inhales. I've actually had good luck with some top-fed tanks, but only with 70/30 PG/VG, and have felt those saying they thought 50/50 mixes for it were hoaxing the internet while laughing.
Basically, your coil and wick has to be able to replenish what you vaporize before you vape again, but the coil can only let so much in at a time or everything floods. If it keeps you off stinkies, an option might be to have two tanks you switch on and off, or two actual setups so you can put one down and immediately pick up the other.

Well my nautills is new to me but better taste than any thing now I chan vape big time as I smoked 3 packs of cigs a day till 31 days ago since then 0 ok first off my taste buds changed tried coffie pickles works great as well as brushing teeth a lot as far as pg vg I tried all that back to mainly 20 pg 80 vg no problem but in order to cut back on up to 10 mi a day I had to raise my nic from 18 to 24 bingo for me also once I burnt my first anmizer opp BVC COIL out of 4 I learned. The hard way to heat my juice in a cup of warm water after installing new BVC I use watts so start my 1.80 om at 6 watts get it well vaping till I am ready to fine tune some where between 8 and 11.5 watts once mine get a burnt taste they never taste the same I really injoy my mini I only heat juice in first time set up and change juice and nic at will during the day I have cut way back on juice 4 mi but my main gold is no cigs hope this helps
