I use 80pg/20VG (or less VG) so my cartos will work well longer.

Nicotine is TH and irritation, and is enhanced by heat like from the LR cartos and attys the 400mah+ batteries can use
PG is thin, lets through the most flavor, the most of nicotine's TH and irritation, makes thin visible vapor
VG is thick, dulls/smooths everything PG lets through, makes thicker more persistent vapor

If the nicotine level is too harsh for you, try a lower nicotine level. You won't have a nic fit - you'll have an easier time taking good sized drags and you can always do an extra drag to make up the difference. If you continue to vape a nicotine and PG/VG and heat combination that is too irritating for you then your mouth, throat, sinuses and even lungs can get irritated.

Tks for the advise Dormouse.

How do u seperate 80, 20 for PG and VG? Sorry i'm very new to this. I only know Health Cabin for website that safely sends Ejuice to Singapore. Any other reliable sites for ejuice order?

When the Nic level is too high, would that cause a very intense throat hit? How's 11mg and 18mg? any experience?
I used to smoke a pack of Marlboro lights a day before.

I think i got an ulcer on the side of my tongue. Damn.

Unless the flavor and nic level are extremely mild, pure PG makes me cough. I vape at 60/40 or 50/50 with good results (there are some flavors that even in a mild mix will tickle a little too much, but that is pretty much individual).

That being said, as other folks point out throat hit is a combination of factors with high nic, strong flavors and high voltage/low resistance all making for a hot hit.
