has any one had trouble with rts vapes

hi guys im 8 mounths in to vaping and loving it,but im currantly having trouble with rts vapes,i ordered a large quantity of flavourings and assorted bits and pieces,and sent off a payment only tp recieve an email that my order had been cancled because the shipping rates had not been added on,i sent an email back saying i send through the shipping but to no avail.my bank said the money should be in my account by now,and i emailed this to ceo and he rudely stated i tried to get him on the shipping order fees,he previoufiously sent me an email telling me to do three separate orders so he was well aware that his website cant handle anything over 500 dollars and when it does bypasses the shipping fees,im feeling very uneasy and i think these guys are going to not give my money bac,any advice would be good.

Hi hipp68 and welcome to ECF. I've dealt with Randy at RTSVapes many times and have found he and his wife to be extremely honest. It may take a bit to sort this out but I believe he will resolve it to your satisfaction. RTSVapes is also an ECF listed vendor which lends credibility to them. Well worth the hassle as they've got fantastic juice IMO.

yeah they have got great stuff,he is a bit weird but,i want to do an order with them of over a thousand usd but its puting me of with his maner i rang a vender here in au who is very reputable and he told me he has nothing to do with them he had a similar experiance.i sent randy a email of support telling him he needs to lighten up or hes going to loose clients,i love his website it awsome he just needs to stop jumping at the bit and realise people like me r his bread and butter.

sort of a confusing post, what is the timeline? bank credits usually take between 3 to 7 seven days to post.

you're in sydney and you're buying bulk chinese flavorings from a us supplier? must be good flavoring. were you enticed by the accidental free shipping?

from what i hear, a bunch of us vendors have been cheated by first time international customers, so you might be caught up in some suspicion with such a large first time order.

I agree that he doesn't handle stress all that well and also agree his rudeness is completely unacceptable. Problem is, as you prolly now, he's running a sale right now which many have been waiting for. Another problem is he has other businesses he's running. IMO he should hire more staff.
