I'd stick with manual batteries. If you drip at all, there's a chance that juice could go into the hole in the battery and fry it. Plus, the automatic batteries are activated by sound waves, so there's a chance it could activate in your pocket if you are listening to loud music or driving with the window down.

The sound thing isn't a common problem, but if you drip there is a very real chance it will kill the battery.

I bought 1 ego maga auto batt back in december and I am pretty happy with it. I don't use it that much as I bought it for using the ego-t attys and my ce2's when driving and for that it works great. The only problem I've had so far was I took my roof off for the drive home from work the other day and it activated from the wind and it burned my LR ego-t atty which now taste awful but that was obviously my fault.

Interesting. If you don't flood the atty when dripping, I guess it's not an issue. People were just saying that if liquid happens to go into the hole in the atty, it will possibly fry the battery.

I guess the Tank atty would be the one to really worry about using with an automatic battery, one of mine has developed a bad leak where the battery meets the atty.

Hi wood!

When I began vaping, I had automatic Joye 510's. As a newbie, the aesthetic appeal was very important to me. They looked & felt just like a cigarette - & with the automatic action, the usage felt more like smoking too. Never had any problem with them, and no juice ever got into the batts. But then, I only used standard Boge cartomizers with them...and I was careful. With attys or dripping, it probably would've been a different story.

When they started reaching the end of their lifespan, my next step up was an automatic Joye Mega eGo. Again, used it only with standard Boge cartomizers. But for some weird reason, I did have some issues with it. Possibly because it usually rested standing up, unlike the 510's. I had to be a lot more careful, and while I'll never know for sure...I'm pretty sure that some juice leaked in & killed my first one.

Now that we have the fully-sealed, manual ProVari, it's very nice to not have to worry about these issues. Plus if it's windy outside, no need to worry about it activating constantly, lol.

I think you'll be fine with an auto 510, or the Bloogs (which are autos)...but looking back, I can't in good conscience recommend an auto eGo / Mega eGo.

Hope that helps!

Not worried about frying the bat I'm not messy I've got my system down just gotta decide what bat I like the idea of trying the new bloog but 120 for the kit is kinda steep and I don't think the kit with just one battery will do the trick

The kit for 120 comes with two batteries, and a charging kit that'll charge them 4 times, @ 220mah each battery, it's about 1320mah total (if I did that right, two full batteries plus 4 more charges).

If you dig the kr808s, it's pretty much the same thing, but with a better carto, and I'm pretty sure if you still have kr808 carts
they are compatible.

ya thats what ive heard , i only have one 808 but i gave it to my gf
then i got manual 510 then ego then mods
but after grabbing hers from her last week and having a puff it was just so so good without the button
hmm i just found my pcc for a 510 maybe i will just order on auto battery cause then i can just use it and take it apart everytime and put it back in the pack (pcc) to avoid possible leaks cause even when i had 2 manual 510's an a pcc i found that i liked to use only one battery and leave the other at home
that way u use it for 10 min throw it back in the pack and its always full ,
just for when i really need the realistic sensation , thanks i never really thought about how i always stand my ego on end and that may lead to problems
