Has anyone bought from EasyWorld?

They say they are London based and they sell X Power materials among other things. The reguar X Power cartomizers come cheap (other things are just normally priced) so I ordered two packs of 5. That was a while ago. Since they were taking way too long to arrive in Portugal, I wrote to them, they said they were sorry and they were going to send me a replacement on the 31. Nothing has arrived yet. I'm using old cartomizers that have most naturally lost a lot of performance and I don't even want to look inside them, because you never know how cartomizers turn after some usage. To sum it up, I need cartomizers and X Power materials are stupidly hard to find in Europe. Has anyone heard/bought something from EasyWorld? Are they to be trusted or are the mail people not to be trusted?

Hmm... I'm starting to find the mail companies aren't to be trusted. I wrote EasyWorld about what was happening (I ordered 10 cartomizers that didn't arrive, so they sent me a second batch and now they said they were going to complain both to Royal Mail in the UK (that they say are bad enough) and to CTT in Portugal (that I say are bad enough). I don't even know who's stealing anymore but it must be someone who's really into cartos! They also said they were going to send a third batch, hoping it's third time lucky. So sad...

So sorry to hear you are having so many problems Jorge I've never used bought from Easyworld & don't think I know of anyone that has done so.

I think it's best to stick to ordering from Suppliers that are either members of ECF or other established forums as it makes them in some ways more accountable. By that I mean that if a suppler messed up too often, the forum members would soon let others know. Lol, hope that makes sense

It's funny that right after I complained to the CTT and told EasyWorld they should also file a complaint with the Royal Mail and the CTT, my cartomizers suddenly appeared in my mail box! Indeed...

I must say that Easy World was always awfully nice and, from all I know, they sent me the same order three times.

Jorge - i have used easyworld.
I have an xp900. I have always received everything i order very quickly. I have only ordered things from them off of amazon though. So maybe they have to post things off quicker to sell on amazon.

You'll probably find that Portugal customs has held up your order - Iv'e ordered stuff from hong kong before and some stuff gets here in 3-4 days and other stuff takes 30 days plus depends how long customs feels like hanging onto it for .

Could be, but they're British, so no customs.

I would think it would go through some sort of x-ray or checking center as most countries now adopt this procedure with mail from other countries. either that or they have just left them sat in containers until they can be bothered to deliver them

Well, maybe they do check them, but it's rather free within the EU and that's the way it has to be.
