I would suggest Capella's, I assume they have it. I have other fruit flavors that are mediocre from different suppliers, I then try Capella's and it seems to be a step above.

It's not as concentrated as I would like, on all of the Nature's Flavors organics I've got so far I've ended up using about 3-5% more flavor than I normally would for recipes. Still tastes great though so I keep ordering them.
It's all subjective depending on how strong you like your flavors to be.... I generally like really strong flavoring so I would probably do around 20% on just pear alone, maybe do 10% if I added some other flavor with it like sweet cream or 15% if I added something like caramel.
Hey Michael- how's that Spiced Pear? I also just got the NF Pear and think it's wonderful. I've only made a 4ml test batch.
I don't know yet it's still sitting on the shelf steeping. I did try a little and it had some serious potential, but it was a little weak and needed to steep.
It was weird for me in that I was just about to re-do with higher %, and suddenly it went from oh well.... to oh my god! 
I've got some TFA pear on the way - want to try my own Honey Pearry. Would like to hear from others as well . . .
Just thought id have a play around ..with 1ml syringes...trying TFA pear...making 30mls 6mg 50/50...4mls TFA Vanilla Custard,1ml TFA pear, 9 drops TFA Vanilla Bean Icecream,9 drops TFA Sweet Cream...6 drops TFA Cotton Candy....steep in mini crock pot for 2hrs at 125f....it was very nice...after steep..ive had sitting for a week now...just tried..it getting very yummy...I know im bad no %...and drops were from a needle tip bottle...oh well sometimes you just have to play..
