I'm sort of playing with the idea..havent done anything more than thought on it..because I have a PCC for a KR8 that I'm using with an adapter for a 510...kinda pushed it to the back burner since I got an eGo though..but I was thinking about doing a LARGE multi battery pcc for when I go camping...was thinking of taking something like a kensington power pack a usb hub and a couple (like 4) universal USB chargers and encasing them and putting them in a pelican case..

I am very interested in making my own PCC for an eGo battery. The one sold by Joye just won't work for me because it's not pocket-able for me. Here's what I'm thinking of for mine:

~ 3000 mAh battery (ballpark), chargeable by a micro usb jack (preferrably... mini-usb would be okay, I guess)
Able to hold at least 2 eGo-W cartomizers or eGo tanks
About the size of a pack of analogs, most importantly, no thicker than a pack of anaolgs in my pocket

I am thinking that the battery itself would be housed outside of the PCC on one side, held in place by some rings. This would allow for longer batteries to also be charged. Specifically, I think I will end up with quite a few eGo Twist batteries and I want to ensure that I can charge them properly.

I have a few USB battery boxes at home currently that would fit the bill for hacking up, but they're either too small or too big for the job. It would be nice to keep the ability to also charge my phone from this device as well. I may just hack up this one:
Amazon.com: PowerGen Black Mobile Juice Pack / External Battery Pack 2900mAh UltraSlim Power Bank Charger (with Build in Micro USB) for Motorola Atrix 4G, Photon 4G, Defy ; Droid Razr, 2, 3, X, X2, Pro, Bionic; Droid 2 Global ; Triumph, Backflip, CLI
It works pretty well (about 2 charges from almost empty to ~ 90% on my android phone with 1980 mah battery) and is very slim.

Nobody else has made their own PCC? I'm pretty surprised by that.
