Has anyone ordered from Juiceblaster? In need of help.

Hey all, so, I placed an order from Juiceblaster about two weeks ago. I've ordered from him once before, and it took forever. I knew waiting was part of the deal, but since I only ordered one bottle this time I was hoping it wouldn't take quite so long. I'm not going to be at this same address come two weeks from now and I'm concerned about the possibility of a mix-up and it getting lost in transit. Because he only takes paypal if you pay by cc, I don't have an e-mail from a customer service address (you know, such as customerservice@company.com or whatever). Has anyone ordered from and/or and know how to contact him? I need to at least tell him if it takes much much longer I need to change the address. I also realize this all sounds extremely fishy, but I did order from him before and I love his juice... the wait time just happens to be a frustrating part of ordering from him. It's a little ludicrous how long it can take IMO, but it's fine. I'm not too concerned about funny business but there's no contact information on the website and I can't find his e-mail address from the last time I ordered. Any thoughts?

EDIT: Also, there is a way to view your previous orders on your account page, but for whatever reason this order isn't there and I absolutely paid through Paypal. My first order wasn't listed in my account either, so I'm not sure if that's just a website glitch or what.

Yeah, I guess. I may have to call the cc company just to try to cancel it, if only because right now I'm finding it absolutely incorrigible that not only do they sometimes take 2, 3, 4, 5 or even 6 weeks (or longer!) but they have absolutely NO contact information for situations like mine, in which I'm not looking to bug them about time but rather trying to ensure my package doesn't get lost after weeks of waiting.

Edit: or, I probably can't cancel the charge, but I'm incensed enough right now to flag them for fraud if I can't find contact information. There's also no reason my order shouldn't be showing in my account. Fool me twice, I guess... and thanks, I really appreciate you took the time to try and find contact information for me.

If I were you, I don't think I'd order from them any more. When I buy premade juice I order from tasty vapor and kickbassvaping... great customer service and really quick shipping. Its funny how they advertise about how other vendors make you wait several weeks for your order and here it is 2 weeks and nothing. And how they don't take emails asking about orders cause they want to spend that time mixing orders. Plus I've heard nothing about them here on the forum. You'll probably get your order sometime next week I'll bet.

Yeah, this is definitely the last time. It just sucks because I actually do love his stuff and the one bottle I ordered this time is probably the best juice I've ever had (obviously personal opinion). But, lesson learned, and I have lots of other vendors who I like (Ms. T's, BWB, GourmetVapor... the usuals) and actually ship during the same calendar year. So I'm done. I'm gonna let someone else wait 6 weeks.

Thanks, and I had actually messaged someone on YouTube (Chris from thegeekgroup) who I was pretty sure knew Dave since that was all I could think of and Chris e-mailed Dave for me, so unfortunately now he's going to be a little inundated with people talking about me. Oh well. If there were an e-mail address on the website this wouldn't have been necessary. Good juice, worst customer service ever. Thanks Kleiv.

I tried to order from them once. After it was taking so long I emailed him to ask for an ETA. He told me it would be sent out the next day. After waiting for about a week without a delivery I emailed him again. This time him got very upset that I was inquiring about my order a second time. He started ranting and raving about his juices take longer, saying absolutely nothing about telling me "my order would be sent out the next day". The guy really went off. Needless to say my order was canceled as was any future business. I don't need to deal with suppliers like that, there are way to many other great suppliers out there.

Yes, there are. Now I'm basically just trying to cancel my order because I have plenty of juice (from orders made two weeks after his!!) and his stuff isn't nearly as good as he thinks it is... not for 6 weeks of waiting. But I have no way to contact him to cancel my order. Do you still have his e-mail address, BWG? If you do, can you PM it to me?

I don't have to wait six DAYS to receive juice from other suppliers. Seriously, don't order from them again. Get yourself over to Backwoods Brew, Tasty Vapor or Vapor Bomb and you'll have your order filled promptly and without hassle.

Sorry you had to go through this nonsense. It is NOT indicative of the many reputable suppliers out there.
