Beware of juiceblaster

Just to let everybody know, watch out for Juiceblasterkicksass.com. I placed an order with them and after several days my order was showing "waiting to ship". After several days of it showing the same "waiting to ship" I emailed them and was told that my order would ship the end of that week or the beginning of the next week. That came and passed with no order. So I emailed them again to ask what was going on, if there was a problem just let me know about it. I was emailed back some lingo that I could not make any sense out of, they did not answer my question. I emailed them back and asked them to answer me in simple terms that I could understand, at no time was I rude at all. They then emailed me back telling me that I should have read their terms and conditions and they would get my order to me after everybody esle ahead of me got theirs. They made this reply in a rude, derogatory way. They said if I did not want to wait I should just cancel my order. I tried to tell them that it wasn't so much the wait it was the run around that I got when inquiring about my purchase. So I emailed them this morning asking again when my order will be shipped. I didn't hear anything back from them. So I emailed them again and stated that if they couldnot get my order shipped by this weekend to go ahead and cancel it. They emailed me back immediately telling me that the order was canceled. Funny they could not take the time to email me about when they would be shipping my order but got back to me immediately when I asked about cancelling my order. Since that I have seen other posts on other forums talking about how they got the same treatment from Juiceblasters. Others posted that they were treated very rudely and ended up cancelling their orders also. I wonder if these companies realize that word of mouth is their best advertisement and that they need me much more than I need them. I would rather not do any business with somebody that doesn't know how to speak to people and has no respect for their customers. There are way too many vendors out there to put up with ignorance like I saw from Juiceblasters. They are a joke. Be warned
