I have used them in the past. The prices were not fantastic but good. Shipping and communication were good/on mark.
The only thing that I can say as a downside is that the description of the product was not 100% on the mark. (I ordered an istick and this might be my fault, but normally they come with a charger and cable, this did not, just the battery)

No problems; Tho I have to echo Secutorum. I wasn't in a hurry, and found them quite pleasant & helpful when there was a mix-up in my order.
Gave me a discount if I wanted to keep it when I told them they mistakenly sent an extra piece of hardware.
I'd recommend them, and use them again.

Not sure when you ordered, I know now it says "You will need a micro USB charger to charge the iStick" on their site. There's three different kits of the iStick 50w, some like mine came with just the USB cable. The one I got my dad came with the cable and the wall adapter. Some sites just sell the battery.
Ordered from them several time, and always got good service, fast shipping - but then they are in the same State 
I have juice was awesome (alpha vape and thunderhead) but it was pricey and took 2 and a half weeks to get here.. Also I checked the kanger authenticity number on the coils I got and it said they were fakes... so canvape is where I order from now
I highly doubt that your coils were fake. Vapenw is authorized dealer on kanger techs website. They are honest people. And will correct any mistakes or error free and fast. They are my go to website for hardware and vv/vw regulated mods. There prices are 95% the best around besides ebay. I have spoken with E on the phone several times. He's a good guy, extremely helpful and polite. They are just trying to make an honest dollar. They also have a local B &M in their city. Also shipping speed has been 3 days to my door every time. 20+ orders. I recommend them 100%
I ordered an iStick 50 from them. I knew at the time I ordered that hey were out of stock so I knew that there would be a wait. No problem with that. However, I had the same experience as Mogar - no charging cable with it. Plus, they do not send tracking information when they tell you your order has shipped. Probably won't use them again but no real complaints.
Honestly I could care less about coils being fake I was just explaining my personal experience and what the kanger website said I'm sure they are a great company but some people just have bad experiences nothing against them tho
they were alright, I'd ordered one of the 20 watt iSticks from them back in November or so..it got here nothing speedy, as ordered. I'm a price ho so I follow the best price and delivery times so I order mostly from another company..but I wouldn't not order from them.
I ordered RBA sections for my joytech stuff from there. The price was the lowest I could find, the order processed within the hour, and the shipping was very fast considering it was coast to coast. I'll order from them again with confidence.
