Has anyone sent their SMOK XPRO M50 for the free upgrade to 65w??

Hi,
I know there is a long smok xpro m50 thread, but I do think I found anything that stated someone sent theirs in.. I emailed the address on the website for the free upgrade on my smok Xpro m50 to 65 watts and didn't get a reply back. Has anyone sent theirs in?

Supposedly Mad Vapes is returning those for people. I don't know if you had to buy it from them or not. I bought mine from them, but I haven't bothered with sending it back.

Sounds like they come back with more problems than they started with. If you need the extra 15w it might be worth it, but if you're expecting them to fix some wonkyness might want to upgrade. Fortunately I got a good m50, passed it along to my fiance who's still using it.

I don't need the extra 15, but it does have firing issues for me.. Does your fiance get a delay at all?

Don't send mine it. Bought it already upgraded on ebay. Guess I got lucky use it almost daily at work and zero issues and I never use it below 30 watts

There is a small delay when the device is sleeping, no delay if it's awake (has been used recently). The firing button is a little wonky in that you need to put decent pressure on the middle of the button to ensure it fires consistently, although that was a problem only I encountered; she has no issue with it.

I bought an M65 and ended up returning it. It refused to fire at 50-65 watts. Would self regulate itself down to 42 watts. Even on a full battery. So I returned it.
