You don't need a provari for direct voltage output...

Oh I know, but, to me, a PV would be the ultimate "backup" if I ever do start a mod collection. I believe in quality and I also wouldn't mind supporting a USA vendor. I think there's one thing we can all agree on, it's that I won't be disappointed and will basically always have a fallback device in a PV. With that said, I am very, very interested in the Cyborg mod with the DNA20 chipset. Anyway, sorry for the thread derail!

I have a small number of mods, and the MVP 2.0 is one that I use frequently. I will say that the fire button was very tight for a bit, but now it has become less so.

It is the only mod that I own that will last me through more than a day of vaping so when travelling I almost always have it either on me, or in my computer bag.

If you already own the MVP 1.0, it is a tough call as whether to get the version 2 or not...personally I use a number of different tanks/clearos, so the variable watts setting is something that I like.

I have both the v.1 and the v.2 and would say that there is not much difference. They are both great. I use them constantly at home and outside.

I prefer the v.1 button because of the size of my thumb, but I like the ohm checker on the v.2 for checking how my replaced coils are doing. I like the mirror finish on some parts of the v.1, but it's true that the v.2 is less of a fingerprint magnet, and the beauty ring is flush with the sides...

I also like how both will charge my cellphone in a pinch, and can be easily transported - they fit in a large eGo case, with a clearo on them...and they both work great with whatever I have on them.

I have an SVD, which is cool, and a VTR coming, but the fixed batteries in the MVP are wonderful, long-lasting and ever so practical.

Mine should arrive on Tuesday and it will be my first VV / VW device. I love my mechs and didn't have high expectations for the MVP, but there are a lot of happy owners here on the forums so I figured it was worth a shot for the price. I'm thinking it will be nice to leave the house without spare batteries at least, and I don't dual coil or sub ohm so my rebuildables won't have to get sidelined.

I just received my VTR this weekend. It is the first box mod I have tried, having been using a King clone and an Evic. I must say the VTR hits much harder on the same Protank 2 vs the Evic. I get the same effect on the VTR at 6 watts vs the Evic at 8 watts. I don't really understand why this is happening, unless it has to do with the way the current is regulated in each device.
I just saw a VTR kit for $79.99 with a free 3400 battery, free 30ml bottle of juice and free shipping. If you figure $15 for the battery, $15 for the juice and $5 for the shipping you are only paying around $45 for the VTR.
I didn't save the link, but I think it was a chain of stores in Ok city that also sale online.

If anyone knows where this is, please let me know. I have searched google to no avail, and I really think I want one of these!

I Have a MVP 2.0 and I really like it. It's so light weight and compact. Now my main is a ProVari but I really like the Innokin products.
Right now I own a iTaste 134, MVP, VTR, and waiting on iTaste SVD kit in the mail from Fasttech. So like I said I REALLY like the Innokin Products LOL. :p
Anyways, the MVP 2.0 OMG the Price you can't beat getting this Mod for under $50. And now I see people post saying they are under $40  I got my Mom & Dad ProVari Mini's for their Birthdays and I already told them I found them a great Back up in the MVP. And for $39.99 I think I found their X-Mas presents ;)
Now I am New to Vaping so I don't know enough about the tech stuff to bore you to sleep but, IT HAS A PUFF COUNTER :vapor: lol

Since you already have a MVP I am not sure if you did a search on the MVP 2.0 so you might have seen this but this Video is what sold me on it.

A PBusardo Review & Contest - iTaste MVP V2 - YouTube

Now he cries about the Button but it's not bad, it's Firm, but it won't fire by accident when I bump it or put it in my pocket.
Charging a cell phone off this is Pretty Cool Too :2cool: View attachment 270488

What a wonderful son you are!
Thank you for your service, Master Chief.
