was shopping around on black friday and saw these in the paper on sale, so i had to go check them out. they sell these batts, charger and tools at home depot. it is a 4v ion batt, its like 1-13 bucks for the one batt though, its also huge!! bout the diameter of a quarter. its encased in a plasitc shell it looks like... man im soo curious what kinda of batt is inside the shell casing, im guessing a AA size. but what got my attention really was the all the cool tools you can use with it !!!! also you coud easily convert the portable power source as a e-cig as well, and it wouldnt look to bad either :) once i get some extra $$$$ i think i just might have to check into these lil cuties... unless someone else already has.... lemme know!!! links below

Looks like too much work.

I thought about using an old i60 or i90 Nextel and making the PTT button the activator. These have 3.6-3.7v batts. Charge protection built into the Nextel. I would leave it off always of course, but the batts are like 1100mah. The batts can be charged in a dock, and swapped.

I run a straightthrough 5v usb batt box mod most of the time and this would work. Providing that I want to put in the work. Airport security BLA! It's a cell phone, but the wire mod might force a second look and the surrendering of the device! Self contained batt, most of a charger, and atty hanging out of the ant screw housing when attached.
