Seems like a pretty pointless design to me. You have to buy specific cartos and heads for it, I don't believe you can use standard cartos, or standard vivi heads. Which puts this into the novelty section in my opinion.
If this could use standard cartos, and standard replacement vivi nova heads, it would be a pretty cool idea, but the propriety parts mean that instead of increasing your options, you are actually decreasing your options. A tank that can use standard cartos or vivi heads means you could use whatever you have available, but now you have a whole new set of proprietary stuff that you have to keep buying.
A tank that could use standard cartomizers, vivi nova heads, normal 510 atts, and Kanger bottom coil assemblies would be an awesome thing. I could see it being possible to design too, you'd probably need a few adapter pieces or something included with the tank to work with all the different ones, but still doable.
Not to mention, why would anyone want a tank that is using both a vivi style head, and a carto at the same time? People generally are either carto lovers or clearo lovers. Using both at the same time would be like a "worst of both worlds" kind of thing. You'd get the flavor of filler material (I personally don't, but I know some people can taste carto filler) as well as the issues that are associated with wick styles.
