Has Anyone Tried To Make This?

Hi, first off I'm new to DIY and have only tried one recipe. Caramel Popcorn to be exact...
I am in love with Vermillion River's Caramelized Cappuccino, especially w/xtra flavor. I just can't get enough. I've gone from ordering 1 to 2, now 3 30ml bottles a month. I would love to try to recreate that flavor or at least get close to it. Any hints or suggestions would be very helpful. All of my flavorings are TPA.

Dang, I was really hoping that I could get some help on making this kind of juice ... I'm just not sure where you would even start..

I did a pretty spiffy caramel capp but I used Loranns, not TPA.

4 parts Keoke coffee
3 parts Natural caramel cream (the natural caramel is half strength - if you use the other stuff you may need to adjust accordingly as it'll probably be way too much caramel)
2 parts Bavarian cream

Thx, I'll have to try that... I've been trying to figure out how they got that flavor, maybe something like Bavarian creme or something added, I dunno. Guess I need to get some of that. It seems to go into alot of recipes.
