I placed an order 4 days ago. Never received order confirmation but was charged or course. Still no shipping confirmation. No number on the site but they do have a "contact us" form. I have tried 2 times with no response.

The company promoting their deal has always been spot on so I'm just curious what the deal is. I'm not pushy but id just like to have some communication.

I see you are in london ky. I am too. I order from west coast vape supply and have my order in hand in less than 4 days. Just got an order this afternoon that I placed late Tuesday night. They had the order processed by Wednesday afternoon and on a truck. They ship out of Las Vegas. Go check out their website, they have many many different juices to choose from and I always get my orders delivered by standard shipping rates USPS. They haven't let me down yet. I'll continue to order from them as long as we are allowed to.

Pro Tip: Do Not order from companies that do NOT list a contact phone number or a physical address easily found on the site.
I am reporting the OP as SPAM because the site name is in the title.
IMO: Members/guests would be well served to avoid "buyeliquid.com"

I use sites that: have reviews on google and trust pilot, sites recommeded on forums, and most importantly: pay pal. No way I'm gonna order anything if I can't pay through paypal.
Years ago I bought some aquatic plants for uni project, they didn't do paypal so had to order over the phone using my debit card. Checked my statement a month later and some w*** kept topping up his mobile, between 10-30£ at a time and 2-3 times a week- I haven't nticed for a month. Luckily bank investigated and refunded (after like a month), had to cancel my card though and wait for a new one. Coincidence? I doubt it, nothing like this ever happened before and I never paid over the phone before that one time except for bills. Never again, and I will never type my card details on any private site.

I also dont know the website they ordered from but I do know my recommendation for west coast vape supply is a dependable one. I've ordered from them multiple times and have received nothing but excellent service.

Your better off typing your card number on a website because your card number is encrypted before you even press send. From there it is encrypted again once received by the company. That's not saying that it cant be unencrypted by a savvy user it can. But your right doing it over the phone is the worst possible way. PayPal is slightly better than the company website.

In my opinion,Paypal is loads better than company websites.I've used Paypal for at least 15 years,and have never had any issues.Last month i used my card at a U.S. vape site,and within days someone in Cali was charging up my card using Lyft ride service.

Sorry folks. I work a lot so I don't have much time on hands to respond. I did receive my items today. I never once received a message back from customer service.

So I am glad I received my stuff but I will personally never shop with them again.

I found the site through a very reputable discount website which finds the best deals. I have used this site for years and they have never promoted a bad site so I was confident in using them. Otherwise, I wouldn't have.
