Has anyone had a problem ordering from these people? I purchased 4 batteries but only received 2 and they will not respond to any of my messages. They also don't list a phone number. I order almost everything online and have never had a problem contacting a vendor and getting a problem corrected. I caution anyone from using batteriesandcoils.com

Well, I would say that's too bad, but honestly, it's best to buy batteries from a vendor on Mooch's approved list (it's the last cell in his battery chart). I use IMRbatteries.com, they are quick, reliable, and not expensive.

I don't know your vendor, but there are way too many of them out there selling rewraps (sometimes "authentic" batteries that didn't pass the QC test, or newer batteries that may be branded almost anything) or other counterfeits, so I might consider a chargeback with your bank if they don't respond and purchasing something else. If they aren't responding to emails and etc., I don't think there is any need to send your (incorrect) order back, although I might be hesitant about vaping them, really.

Beware counterfeits with a shady vendor. Besides the vendors mentioned so far orbtronic and battery junction are both fine vendors that I have used in the past. Orbtronic’s prices are hard to beat and battery junction also sells some nice flashlights in case you need one. IMR got my Buisness a few months back because they had the sonyvtc6’s for under $6 and I wanted try them so they are also a solid choice. Good luck sorting out this mess with your cells. I hope they make good and your cells are legit. Also thanks for the heads up calling out a crappy vendor.

If you dispute the charges I'm pretty sure they'll reverse them almost immediately. No contact information in the terms and conditions and no details registered with ICANN. I doubt VISA/PayPal would be able to even reach them.

Make sure you write about them. When people google their site you want the top results to show that people have had bad experiences with them. This site gets so much traffic there's a good chance this thread tops the charts.

Well I just got a response to my second FB message. They apologised for the issue and said they would be sending the other 2 batteries today or tomorrow. We'll see? After several weeks of no response I'm a bit sceptical!
Some vendors do respond to complaints made on FB due to the wider audience. Only you and them see communication on website.
