While surfing the net I found this incredibly cheap E-juice vendor out of California Buy Wholesale E-Liquid - E-Liquid(E-Juice) Made in USA . it seems that you can select you base (PG/VG levels) and your flavor. They claim its all FDA\Food grade ingredients.
