Has this happened to you at a party?

I had a couple of parties to go to this past weekend.

The first was a 40th birthday party, the second was my niece and nephews combined birthday party.

I spent 30% enjoying myself and 70% explaining my electronic cigarettes. It appears that EVERYONE who was smoking wants to quit and they were all completely fascinated by my e-cigs! I would get done explaining, have a drink, and before you know it, there was someone else saying, "hey I heard you have have an electronic cigarette can you tell me about it?" Then I would have to go into my lesson all over again! THEY ALL WANTED INFORMATION ON THEM!

To tell you the truth, if I was selling them, I could have easily sold 20 kits just this past weekend. I would love to have kits available in my car ready to go when the questions start to fly.

Does anyone know how to get kits to sell or become a dealer or reseller?

Do any of you suppliers out there want to offer me kits to sell?

Lemme know. Thanks!

Well, I don't go to parties, but where ever I do go and vape, I'm constantly asked questions.

About a month or so ago I was at a car dealership vaping away and had a number of the sales people approach me and ask what I was doing. They were very interested. I noticed one guy who asked shortly after light up an analog and then he just slyly looked over at me. He really was interested!

Without having to purchase 100 kit minimums through wholesalers, some oversea sites such as Ruyandirect, bestecig, and eastmall sell kits at a pretty low price. You could then calculate your cost into shipping and handling when selling.

I haven't noticed too many US suppliers that wholesale or provide drop shipping, although I haven't been looking either. Only US supplier that I can recall is myfreedomsmokes. He has great communication and customer service, although I have only ordered liquid through him once. On his site, there is a wholesale inquiry page. You'll have to contact him for further info.

I won't sell. I point them to this forum and a website or two but mostly tell them to google electronic cigarettes and make their own decision. I do tell them about the cheaper ones and the more expensive ones and the differences.

I GAVE a friend plenty and told her to go from there for herself. She would rather I be an unpaid Avon lady. Take order, make order, get order, figure out meeting up time, deliver order, collect money.

No thanks! If they want them bad enough, they can find a way. My friend has no computer so I was willing to help at first. Now I've gotten phone numbers for her and she can call and order. It's up to her. She says she dearly loves these things and she hasn't smoked an analog for a month (all from the free stuff I gave her) so we'll see how badly she likes them.

I've learned to take a small 5ml bottle with me when I see her and just let her know that's all I have with me...sorry.

TECC sent me a handful (five exactly) of business cards with the 510 Black Titan starter kit. I have already dished them all out. I would really love to be a part of the industry, in one way or another but have no idea how to go about doing something like that.

I'm still very new to the whole concept (and trust me it shows) but am still very fascinated with where the future is going in regards to nicotine consumption. I playfully suggest that I won't buy an iPhone until it has a PV application. :D

I made up a little card that I hand out. On one side I have listed about 8 web sites: the forum, a couple of informational web sites and about 5 reputable suppliers web addresses. On the other side is my definition/description of what a PV is. I print these on brochure type paper and then cut them up to the size of about a playing card. I then answer a few questions and then hand them a card if they want more indepth information.

Google around. You can buy direct from a number of mfrs pretty cheap. Usually 100-kit minimum, presentation box, custom printing a bit extra, you can get the whole nine yards. I've seen them as low as $12 per kit.

Then you can lug them around to your parties. Host sales parties like Southern Living, Amway. Sky's the limit, as you're just finding out!

Here's just one of many examples:
JSB-118 Electronic cigarette JSB 118 mini cigarette CN;GUA products

I always carry extra parts (carts, charged batts, atty)with me and on two occasions at parties someone has commandeered my ecig for the best part of the night (both times people I knew, and I told them to try one for a while…just haven’t expected them to keep it all night!) Have also been asked to add starter kits to a future order I might be placing for myself. I’m happy to share along these lines but wouldn’t want to take responsibility for being a reseller.

I love the earlier idea about getting assigned a personal coupon code from a favorite supplier, that you could perhaps handwrite on the supplier’s business card and pass out…and what if ultimately the supplier would track it back to you for a perk? Great marketing op for the supplier, the e-cig industry in general, and an added incentive for those of us who currently vape to spread the word!

Any suppliers listening? ;)
