In my wallet (gah I hate you americans call a purse a wallet and a handbag a purse its so confusing LOL) I found a loop thats meant to hold a ballpoint pen and my 510 slides into it perfectly. So Ive been using that as when Im out I drag my PURSE (its a handbag..) everywhere with me.
Theres also a little zipped off pocket in my handbag (stuff it Im calling it a handbag..) that also works for my 510 AND a bottle of ejuice.
I have tried the sunglasses rope-things, but I found it got in the way swinging round my neck.

I bought a little case with a clip from cignot to use when I'm working in the yard or around the house. When I'm at work I keep my supplies in my old cig. case. My e-juice fits nicely in the pouch made for lighters.

I carry both 510's in one of those round eyeglass cases from the dollar store. It's the ones that hold those teeny tiny reading glasses that sit on the end of your nose. It has a clip on the side that fits on a shirt pocket or for us women--to throw in our purse and not worry about it getting lost in the jungle lol. I have a small makeup bag for my supplies, chargers etc. but the glasses case is excellent when your batteries are charged up, your carts are loaded and all you have to do is pull one out and "light" it up.
