Till I can post elsewhere, I'd like to note that 15 ga syringe needles were recommended elsewhere for dealing with pure vegetable glycerin. Since I gravitated to VG-only e-juice, I thought that 15 ga blunt tips might do double duty for DIY liquids and filling the eGo "mega" cartomizers.
Alas, 15 ga is way too large to insert through the cartridge port of the mega carto. Its still possible to fill the carto by soaking it with excess liquid (through the port), sucking out the excess that rises up the side vents, and in and around the atomizer at the bottom, then blowing out any excess and drying off the battery contacts with a q-tip.
But I'm pretty sure there must be a better way that wastes less liquid, with 18 ga or smaller needles.
PM me if you'd like to exchange some needle tips - I'd expect the threaded 15 ga blunts I have to be pretty useful for DIY liquid mixing...
