You called me on a Saturday after I'd posted a weepy, frustrated help thread. I was confused about several things, and the information you gave me got me back on track. If it wasn't for your call, I'd probably have given up.

I still appreciate the time and effort you gave a struggling newbie and I use that advice every day.
